At CEP Sports, we are committed to your peak performance; if your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items in original condition within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unworn items with original tags and packaging into a secure shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
